PASSPORT VERIFICATION

(i) Regional Passport Office, Bhubaneswar :- Passport applications, received in Regional Passport Office, Bhubaneswar are sent online to the respective DCP office for verification. The DIB Section of the DCP Office processes these applications and sends them offline to the concerned Police Station, having jurisdiction over the place of residence of the applicant for necessary verification of his/her character and antecedents, permanent and present address of the applicant etc with in 15 days. On completion of verification, the said verified applications are re-routed to the Regional Passport Office.
(ii) PP Applications At Other Regional Passport Offices (Other than PP Office Bhubaneswar) :- Passport applications received online from the other regional passport offices of India (other than those of regional passport office Bhubaneswar) are also being dealt in the same way as is being done in respect of applications at regional passport office Bhubaneswar.

PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCY LICENSE

In exercise of powers conferred by Section 25 of the Private Security Agency (Regulation) Act, 2005, the State Government has framed Odisha Private Security Agencies Rules, 2009. Accordingly applications of such individuals who propose to operate a Private Security Agency in the jurisdiction of Police Commissionerate, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack are required to apply offline at the the Home Department, Govt. of Odisha, Bhubaneswar in the prescribed format and process.

VERIFICATION FOR VISA

VISA application by the Indians at India are to be applied at the embassy/designated office of the concerned country at India.
All the foreigners in India can extend the VISA by applying online in e-FRRO Online Portal
