The motto to achieve this was - One has to pledge (SANKALP) to achieve an aim (LAKSHYA) to work (KARMA) with patience (DHAIRYA) what is truth (SATYA). The Motorcycle ride flag was off by Sri S.K. Priyadarsi, IPS, C.P. BBSR-CTC, Sri K. Sharma (Asst. Director) NCB (Govt. of India), Sri S. Sen (Superintendent NCB BBSR), Sri S. Mahapatra (ex-MP, Actor, Super Biker), Dr. A.K. Rout (MD) (Sushruta Hospital and Trauma Care), Dr. GSS Mohapatra (Gynecologists', 1st Robotic Surgery, Apollo Hospital).
