DGP Odisha felicitated "RaktaBandhus" who donated blood to the needy patients at Police Seva Bhawan, Bhubaneswar on 25.05.2023. 680 Units of blood have been donated through 'RaktaBandhu' initiative till now. CP, Addl. CP, DCP Bhubaneswar, Director Capital Hospital attended the function.
