On 16.04.2023 Knowledge, Inspiration and Change for Effective Policing (KICEP) under Commissionerate Police Bhubaneswar-Cuttack held a Lecture Session by Dr. Manas Ranjan Sahu, FMT, AIIMS, Bhubaneswar who gave an insightful session on "Dead Bodies Never Lie: Finding Truth for Justice". Officers from different PS of Bhubaneswar & Cuttack UPDs along with SIs, Inspectors, ACPs and Addl. DCPs attended the programme. Addl. CP Dr. Umashankar Dash, IPS and DCP Bhubaneswar Sri Prateek Singh, IPS were present throughout the session.
