A free treatment and counseling center for addiction victims opened at the Capital Hospital, Bhubaneswar on 25.02.2022 by Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack in presence of the Director, Capital Hospital, DCP, Bhubaneswar and other doctors. The Center will also provide free medicines for addicts with liquor, drugs etc. Every Thursday 3-5 pm.
