To make the investigation process of road accident related cases more active and effective, a skill development training program was organized on 20.11.2025 at Cuttack Deputy Commissioner's office. Police officers from different stations of Cuttack Urban Police participated in this program organized in the cooperation of State Transport Authority and Commissionerate Police. Experts from IIT Madras gave training to officers in important and practical aspects.

- On 08.01.2026, under the “Basti Ku Chala” campaign, Commissionerate Police Cuttack UPD organized a cricket tournament at Vasundhara Playground, Bidanasi, engaging youth from various localities across the city.
- Our personnel are now equipped with cutting-edge digital forensic tools and hands-on expertise for digital evidence recovery with utmost efficiency. The two-day in-house workshop, chaired by Shri Suresh Dev Dutt Singh, IPS, Police Commissioner, empowered the participants with advanced digital forensic software skills on 06.01.2026 and 07.01.2026.
- On 05.01.2026, as part of community policing, Cuttack UPD conducted a Joint Senior Citizen Outreach Programme with Markatnagar PS, CDA Phase-II PS & Cyber PS. Focus on tenant verification, cyber safety & road safety awareness to ensure a safer, informed senior community.
