Commissionerate Police organized a Cyber Awareness Program on 11.11.2025 at Synergy Institute of Technology, fostering digital vigilance among students and faculty. Shri Narasingha Bhol, IPS, Additional Commissioner of Police, inaugurated the event as Chief Guest and shared vital insights on combating cyber fraud and staying safe online. The program also featured a special session on “Jibana Jindabad”, Commissionerate Police’s suicide prevention initiative, aimed at promoting mental health awareness and encouraging help-seeking behavior within the student community.

- On 08.01.2026, under the “Basti Ku Chala” campaign, Commissionerate Police Cuttack UPD organized a cricket tournament at Vasundhara Playground, Bidanasi, engaging youth from various localities across the city.
- Our personnel are now equipped with cutting-edge digital forensic tools and hands-on expertise for digital evidence recovery with utmost efficiency. The two-day in-house workshop, chaired by Shri Suresh Dev Dutt Singh, IPS, Police Commissioner, empowered the participants with advanced digital forensic software skills on 06.01.2026 and 07.01.2026.
- On 05.01.2026, as part of community policing, Cuttack UPD conducted a Joint Senior Citizen Outreach Programme with Markatnagar PS, CDA Phase-II PS & Cyber PS. Focus on tenant verification, cyber safety & road safety awareness to ensure a safer, informed senior community.
