On October 31, 2025, the Regional Branch Executive Committee of the Red Cross convened under the leadership of Commissioner of Police Dr. Suresh Dev Datta Singh, IPS. The meeting was honored by the presence of Additional CP Sri Narasingha Bhol, IPS, DCP Cuttack, and DCP Bhubaneswar (joining via video conference). JS Red Cross and Additional DCP Sri Manash Ranjan Garnaik extended a cordial welcome to all Executive Committee members. The session concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the Secretary, Red Cross, and DCP (HQ), marking a meaningful step forward in police-led community service and inter-agency cooperation.

- Our personnel are now equipped with cutting-edge digital forensic tools and hands-on expertise for digital evidence recovery with utmost efficiency. The two-day in-house workshop, chaired by Shri Suresh Dev Dutt Singh, IPS, Police Commissioner, empowered the participants with advanced digital forensic software skills on 06.01.2026 and 07.01.2026.
- On 05.01.2026, as part of community policing, Cuttack UPD conducted a Joint Senior Citizen Outreach Programme with Markatnagar PS, CDA Phase-II PS & Cyber PS. Focus on tenant verification, cyber safety & road safety awareness to ensure a safer, informed senior community.
