On 23.03.2025, at the VSS Nagar Durga Puja Mandap, a voluntary blood donation camp was organized by the Police Commissionerate. A total of 102 donors donated blood to the camp. The camp was inaugurated by the Police Commissioner, Dr. S Dev Datta Singh, IPS. Former Member of Parliament Sri Soumya Ranjan Patnaik and local MLA Sri Sushanta Kumar Raut attended as chief guests. Mayor Smt. Sulochana Das and local corporator Smt. Prabhasini Mohanty participated as a guest of honor, other senior officers and dignitaries were present.

- On 08.01.2026, under the “Basti Ku Chala” campaign, Commissionerate Police Cuttack UPD organized a cricket tournament at Vasundhara Playground, Bidanasi, engaging youth from various localities across the city.
- Our personnel are now equipped with cutting-edge digital forensic tools and hands-on expertise for digital evidence recovery with utmost efficiency. The two-day in-house workshop, chaired by Shri Suresh Dev Dutt Singh, IPS, Police Commissioner, empowered the participants with advanced digital forensic software skills on 06.01.2026 and 07.01.2026.
- On 05.01.2026, as part of community policing, Cuttack UPD conducted a Joint Senior Citizen Outreach Programme with Markatnagar PS, CDA Phase-II PS & Cyber PS. Focus on tenant verification, cyber safety & road safety awareness to ensure a safer, informed senior community.
