In exercise of powers conferred by Section 25 of the Private Security Agency (Regulation) Act, 2005, the State Government has framed Odisha Private Security Agencies Rules, 2009. Accordingly applications of such individuals who propose to operate a Private Security Agency in the jurisdiction of Police Commissionerate, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack are required to apply offline at the the Home Department, Govt. of Odisha, Bhubaneswar in the prescribed format and process.

• VISA application by the Indians at India are to be applied at the embassy/designated office of the concerned country at India.
• All the foreigners  in India can extend the VISA by applying online in e-FRRO Online Portal
